For my daughter’s 11th birthday, she wanted to have a Laser Tag party. An all-girls Laser Tag! Now how to do an invitation that represents the theme but has a girly note to it?
Yes, that’s what we ended up with, and you know what, she did it all by herself! She was so happy and proud!
We used Canva to make it happen. If you don’t know what it is, Canva is a free graphic-design tool website. It has an easy to use drag-and-drop interface and provides access to over a million photographs, graphics, and fonts.
Canva has tons of free templates that you can use. In our case, we went in the section “event/party invitation”
Right there, we found this template:
So as you can see, it’s very similar!
The only think that was left to do was printing and cutting.
I have a color printer and used Canon Matte Photo Paper, 8.5 x 11 Inches, 50 Sheets (7981A004)
I printed 2 invites on one sheet of paper and it did a wonderful job.
